We are searching for specialist who can manage multiple projects values from $200,000 to $5m, has worked with leading-edge technology, and enjoys a very supportive environment
What we seek is a person who could hit the grown running, who is highly professional and has a fine eye for details, you will be joining a highly professional team that work on varied commercial construction projects valued from $250,000 - $5,000,000.

Reporting to our Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the financial management of projects, setting and monitoring budgets, reviewing cost to complete, programming review, progress claims and variations, and financial reporting and systems. You will be a key member of our team and get to work with some of Adelaide's most knowledgeable construction professionals on exciting projects happening within the area.
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years experience working on commercial/Refurb/interiors construction projects
  • A Degree or Diploma or similar relevant qualification with experience
  • Great teamwork and people skills. You'll be comfortable working with a wide range of people including clients, consultants, and senior management.
  • Excellent contract law knowledge.
  • Advanced computer literacy; particularly in Excel.



Attributes and skills we search for:

  • Several years as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction/commercial Interiors/Refurb
  • Ideally you will have the patience and ability to mentor and coach new recruits that allows us to promote an attitude of partnering, ownership. You will have a high level of verbal and written communications skills and still enjoy having a laugh or three.
