Customer Support Representative - Contract Role - Entry Level

Our client is seeking an entry level Customer Support Officer to support their team. This is a contract role
The role will entail initiating and following up clients who we need to refresh compliance related data (registered business address, ownership information, etc) where the information we had obtained previously needs to be refreshed or is different from previous reporting. The role will require collecting the relevant information from the client, submitting to our back office teams for processing and working to collect any further information that may be requested. The role will be client facing (phone and email based) relating to specific follow up tasks for the duration.
- Experience within banking/ financial is desirable
- Proficient in using MS-Office
- Strong customer service background is a must
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail;
- Strong focus on customer-centricity
