Providing world-class experience when onboarding new hires
Facilitate onboarding program for APAC new hires.
Manage logistics, e.g. tracking attendee lists/updates, communicating with the operations team and much more
Manage pre and post DSF communications with new hires, including using internal case management portals to monitor new hire questions
You are an exceptional communicator (written and verbal)
You have at least 1-2 years of event management experience
You can easily build strong relationships with stakeholders
You are agile and can adapt to change easily
You are a self-starter and can also work collaboratively in teams
You have experience using Google Apps
You have worked in a Global team/ been managed remotely (highly regarded)
You have working proficiency in Google Slides/ Power Point (highly regarded)
