Job description
A national consulting firm specialising in occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, property risk and compliance is rapidly expanding their business across NSW/ACT.
They are looking for a Senior Occupational Hygienist to work alongside an experienced senior team with direct access to a NATA-accredited lab in Alexandria.
The Role
- Lead occupational hygiene and hazardous materials services across NSW and ACT
- Build and manage a local consulting team
- Maintain quality systems and NATA compliance
- Partner with clients in infrastructure, property, and commercial sectors
- Manage project delivery, proposals, and client relationships
- Drive business development and revenue growth through strong networks
- Play a key role in the national leadership team
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong technical background in asbestos, silica, lead, and hazardous materials
- Experience in NATA-accredited environments
- Previous consulting experience (not in-house safety roles)
- Ability to build client relationships and win work
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders - from site supervisors to executives
