About the Role:


We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Loan Set Representative to support the dispatch and return of surgical loan kits within a busy medical logistics operation. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment and are looking to step into the healthcare logistics space. Full training will be provided.


Location: Eight Mile Plains
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour


Key Responsibilities:




  • Pick, pack, and prepare surgical loan kits accurately and efficiently




  • Process returns, check components, and restock loan sets to inventory




  • Coordinate with courier providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries




  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily logistics and customer service requirements




  • Maintain accurate records and participate in stock counts and inventory control




  • Ensure all documentation is completed for invoicing and reporting




  • Communicate professionally with hospital staff, sales teams, and internal departments




  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required




Physical Requirements:




  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)




  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 kg safely and repetitively




  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment




  • Strong awareness of manual handling and workplace safety procedures




Essential Requirements:




  • Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unrestricted work rights)




  • Must hold a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate




  • Must provide two recent professional references




  • Must have basic computer literacy to use internal systems
