Production Operator

A fast-paced FMCG manufacturing company in Huntingwood is seeking multiple reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As a Production Operator, you will assist in the re-packing and processing of FMCG products, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent output.

Key Details:

Location: Huntingwood, NSW

Start Date: 3rd November

Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour

Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm, Ongoing

POLICE CHECK REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform re-pack and assembly tasks according to production requirements
• Operate basic production or packaging machinery (training provided)
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with WHS standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet daily production targets
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food, or FMCG environments (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically capable of performing repetitive manual tasks safely
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work full-time Monday to Friday
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Police check required
• Must complete an online induction prior to commencement
• Walk-through required before starting
