Our global technology client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Melbourne to assist with new projects coming up in the New Year.
This is a permanent opportunity with a globally esteemed leading technology provider. Retail industry with hardware, self-checkout and ATM experience will be highly advantageous. Flexible work is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Required to oversee multiple projects
- Responsible for initiating the overall structure of a project and its activities, including recommending Project Management requirements, evaluating project plans and so on
- Mentoring of project team members
- Participating in business case justification, specialising in information technology
- Subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to address business issues and reporting needs
What you will bring:
- 6 + years of related experience and relevant qualifications
- Has experience and understanding working with IT hardware and equipment within the retail industry
- Must have experience working with the full cycle of project management
- PM/ EPMO/ PMO Coordination experience
- Understanding of delivery, phases, cycles, budgets & forecasting, time lines, governance, project plans, monitoring and strategies
- Stakeholder management across IT projects
- Must be flexible
- Ability to hit the ground running
