Our client is a nationally recognised training organisation specialising in quality training solutions for organisations and individuals. They are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee their quality assurance and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and compliance standards across all areas of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality and compliance issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality and compliance topics.
  • Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality and compliance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze quality and compliance data to track performance and identify trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Compliance, Accounting).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
