We are looking for a recruiter to join our team in the heart of Perth to assist in our client growth and management of some of the best clients across the West Australian market.
Joining the Manpower team, you'll get the opportunity to support a range of existing client portfolio's across specialised recruitment, project account management alongside putting your own stamp on our business by bringing in your own recruitment partnerships. The role will see you complete full recruitment cycles including detailed job briefs, educating clients on market conditions, and finding some of the best trade, logistics, and white-collar talent (Temp or Perm focus).
Our Perth team thrives on being client focused with a small team of consultants and support staff we strive to build recruitment partnerships rather than labour-hire agreements and look to offer a mature and self-managed environment with corporate and management support that enhances your role not dictating it.
You'll need:
- Sales focus on building new relationships and managing a portfolio of clients
- Prior recruitment experience
- A Valid Driving Licence
- Great communication skills
- Passion for people (We recruit across all industries)
