Exciting opportunity for a talented Site Manager with at least 5-10 years Site Management experience in a fast paced environment.

Is a project delivery specialist that has aligned with the hospitality industry to give expectations service for Refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Having won a 20 Million dollar project in the heart of the Adelaide CBD this role allows your talents to shine.
About you!
We are looking for a person that has at least 5-10 years Commercial fit-out experience in a fast paced environment, you will have strong communication skills both written and verbally, you will always be a head of the issues and keep accurate notes, be able to select sub contractor, and work along side of them making sure that the schedule and plans is monitored and adhered. You will be a people person who can lead by example.
We look for a strong team player attitude - someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and learning's with others in the team, and that contributes to the team's goals, you will be a friendly and approachable person who can develop a good rapport and treats others with respect. Confident at liaising with people from all levels of business, and can be diplomatic. Ideally you will be extremely pro-active/high level of initiative with strong business acumen and awareness - decides on how best to handle queries/ problems (including time frames) by considering the impact on current Projects providing service to external customers and maximising to reach
