We're looking for a skilled and reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with double deep high reach experience, and LO forklift experience is a bonus!

🔧 Role Overview

You'll be responsible for operating a high-reach forklift, support order fulfilment, and maintain a safe and organised warehouse. The role involves approximately 60-70% forklift operation and 20-30% manual labour.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts (double deep) safely and efficiently
• Pick and transport goods to fulfil customer orders
• Perform manual handling tasks as needed
• Maintain warehouse organisation and ensure accurate storage
• Conduct pre-operational checks and follow safety procedures

✅ What You'll Need

• Valid LF licence with high reach (double deep) experience
• LO licence or experience (highly desirable)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Cleared police check (mandatory)

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse with high racking systems
