About the Organization
With deep expertise in large‑scale water infrastructure delivery, our client's team plays a key role in shaping one of Western Sydney's most transformative infrastructure programs. As a trusted delivery partner to Sydney Water, they help bring to life critical components of the Upper South Creek Networks Program-an initiative delivering over 115 km of pipelines, 11 pumping stations and essential supporting assets to meet the needs of this rapidly growing region.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates who are:
- Recent graduates (0-12 months experience ideal)
- Current undergraduates or TAFE students completing relevant certifications or pathways
- Eager to learn, proactive, and excited about contributing to meaningful projects
- Collaborative and positive team members with a strong willingness to develop new skills
Eligible fields include (but are not limited to):
- Engineering
- Environmental Studies
- Information Technology
- Finance / Accounting
- TAFE pathways in related disciplines
