Job description

Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.
This role contributes significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in "Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love".

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the collection and transfer of pets from vet clinics.
  • Carry out home collection of pets as required.
  • Deliver Ashes back home to clients.
  • Assist the Client Care Team with urgent vet or home collects.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer service delivery with Veterinary Owners and Practice Managers to develop and promote the business as required.
  • Communicate and follow-up with clients and vets as required.
  • Demonstrate effective and clear communication with compassion and in a professional manner.
  • Delivery of brochures, body bags and sharps containers to veterinary practices as required.
  • Attend team and company meetings as required.
  • Handling of payments from client including cash, cheque, and credit card transactions.


Requirements:

  • Valid C Class Driver Licence
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
