Our client delivers major road and infrastructure projects nationwide, employing over 9,000 people across Australia. Due to continued project demand, they are seeking a Bitumen Spray AND Spreader Truck Operator to join their Rutherford team, with work available immediately.

This opportunity is suited to operators with experience in one area or both ; Spray Seal, Bitumen Spraying, OR Spreader Truck Operation.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating bitumen spray equipment to apply hot bitumen to road surfaces
• Driving and operating spreader trucks to distribute gravel, asphalt, and related materials
• Ensuring materials are applied accurately to achieve a high‑quality, durable finish
• Working safely and efficiently within active construction and traffic environments

What We're Looking For

• HR or HC Licence (essential)
• Dangerous Goods Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in truck driving, spray seal, bitumen spraying, or similar road construction work
• Construction Induction (White) Card
• A strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, nights, and to travel or stay away when required
