Production Operators - Forklift & Labouring (Varied Role) - Thornton, NSW

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators with a valid forklift licence to join a busy concrete manufacturing team. This role offers a great mix of forklift operation and hands‑on labouring, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the day.

Some days you'll be operating the forklift to move materials and finished products; other days you'll be working on the ground supporting the production process. If you're safety‑focused, physically fit, and looking for ongoing work, this could be an excellent fit.

Key Details:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, Temp to Perm opportunity
• Overtime: Available.
• Transport: Own reliable transport required.
• Pre‑start: Drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating a forklift to move pipes, materials, and finished products as required.
• Assisting with production tasks and manual labour.
• Opening moulds, removing finished products, and preparing moulds for the next production cycle.
• Performing basic quality checks and completing finishing tasks.
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas through general housekeeping.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid forklift licence.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Safety‑focused with good attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or labouring (preferred but not essential).
