Job description
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our fast‑paced horticulture production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is confident operating a counterbalance forklift, and is equally comfortable stepping off the forklift to support production line tasks as required.
About the Role
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials, pallets, and finished product
- Support production line operations when not on the forklift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Current forklift licence with solid counterbalance experience
- Ability to work in a hands‑on production environment
- Willingness to perform non‑forklift duties as part of the team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience in the horticulture or agricultural sector is highly regarded
