We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our fast‑paced horticulture production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is confident operating a counterbalance forklift, and is equally comfortable stepping off the forklift to support production line tasks as required.

About the Role

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, pallets, and finished product
• Support production line operations when not on the forklift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Current forklift licence with solid counterbalance experience
• Ability to work in a hands‑on production environment
• Willingness to perform non‑forklift duties as part of the team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Experience in the horticulture or agricultural sector is highly regarded
