We are looking for dependable General Labourers to join our freight operations team at our fixed Hobart location. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, is safety‑focused, and can work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for manually unloading incoming trucks, sorting freight, and ensuring goods are handled safely and accurately. This is a hands‑on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually unload trucks and handle freight of varying sizes
• Sort, label, and organise freight for dispatch or storage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manual handling guidelines
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Use basic warehouse equipment as required (training provided)

About You

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous warehouse or freight experience is an advantage but not essential
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
