Job description
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Aboriginal Identified Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering critical water and waste water infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that support communities while building your career in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
About the role:
You will play a key part in project design and delivery, working across all phases of design with opportunities to broaden your technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support design activities across projects.
- Draft, model, and review technical documentation using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to project planning and design-build initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ideal), or Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years' experience in the water, wastewater, or related sector.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple design phases.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and 12d.
- Strong drafting and modelling capabilities.
- Design-Build project experience (highly desirable).
- A commitment to collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
