The Company
This well-known, global company owns and operates fuel businesses. The company employs over 6,000 staff, owns and operates hundreds of fuel sites globally and is expanding this network yearly. The company is also building a logistics business based on using new technology that will assist in the operations of our bulk fuel fleet and external hired carriers. They are currently undergoing a period of transformation, and as such have an immediate need for an Credit/Invoicing and Administration Specialist to join their Hamilton Office.

The Role
The Commercial Manager requires an Credit/Invoicing and Administration Specialist who will work as part of a team focused on sales and customers as well as participate in improvement initiatives surrounding a new global ERP implementation programme (SAP). The post holder will be required to work with internal stakeholders to problem solve and maximise efficiency. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Raising Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Providing effective and efficient troubleshooting in credit
  • Ensuring purchase orders are raised correctly
  • Ensuring that invoices are approved for payment within delegated authorities
  • Problem solving any system issues to ensure timely and accurate invoices and payment of invoices
  • Managing a high level of incoming emails from suppliers and sites

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • SAP experience necessary
