About the role

Sitting within our CORE department, the role of CORE Consultant will be responsible for providing efficient management and support of all ManpowerGroup candidates and associates. The CORE consultant will be accountable for the onboarding process in its entirety working directly with internal stakeholders, among other support related responsibilities. This role will also focus on ongoing candidate management whilst having a strong understanding of the ManpowerGroup market across all business units. We are willing to train someone in their first corporate role.

What will you be doing?

Associate Administration


  • Point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder queries via call center and Operations mailbox enquiries
  • Escalating any relevant internal issues to Account Manager or relevant Consultant
  • Onboarding of all candidates following the MPG onboarding process, including but not limited to Secured Signing, WorkPro, reference checks, job order setup
  • Work closely with the Payroll and Credit team to resolve pay/ bill disputes quickly and efficiently
  • Preparation of associate and client related documentation and enter this information into databases

Compliance


  • 100% accurate information on database
  • 100% compliance with policies and procedures relating to insurance, Work Rights and WHS requirements VEVO. Payroll, Pay, Bill & Margin Improvement
  • Be 100% compliant with ISO Standards, relevant legislation and ManpowerGroup Health and Safety Environmental standards and practices
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of documents produced
