About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to join our clients amazing team in Regents Park, NSW. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people or looking to kick start their career. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to resolve issues
  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours on-site
