Manpower are currently looking for an experienced Chef or Cook for their client located in the Northern Suburbs.
As you will be working within a retirement village, food and hygiene is pivotal.
The residents are quite accustomed to good food and we want to ensure that this standard and quality is maintained.
You will have a team of staff to help you prep the meals and clean up, although you are required to assist to keep that team vibe going.
This position is idea for someone who only wants to work Monday to Friday and to finish by 530pm.
You will cook both lunch and dinner (split shifts) and will ensure that the hygiene and food standard is kept that of excellence.
To be successful for this role, you will need;
- To be an experienced chef or cook
- Have worked in a retirement village is highly desirable
- Able to work alone and follow instructions and processes
- Have a good attitude
- Able to work Monday to Friday across lunch and dinner shift
- Available to start ASAP
