Cleaner - Defence Site | Ongoing Monday-Friday Work

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join a well-established team at a defence base in Puckapunyal, Victoria. About the Role:

• Location: Puckapunyal Defence Base, VIC 3662

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

• Rate: $31.23 per hour

• Assignment: Initial 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement

Key Duties:

• General daily cleaning of bathrooms, showers, and office areas

• Housekeeping and bed making in accommodation areas (depending on experience)

• Cleaning around defence personnel and active workspaces

• Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards across various site locations

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in hospital or commercial cleaning environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and reliability

Requirements:

• Australian Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Resident (essential - due to site access requirements)

• Current Police Check - we can provide if you don't have one

• Valid Driver's Licence and own transport - must be comfortable driving to various on-site locations

• Physically fit and capable of manual cleaning tasks

• No formal qualifications required
