We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers for ongoing work in Mount Barker. This role involves frequent supervision and requires individuals who can follow instructions, work safely, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation
  Clearing debris, levelling ground, digging, and setting up temporary structures.
• Material Handling
  Loading, unloading, and moving materials such as bricks, timber, steel, and cement.
• Assisting Tradespeople
  Supporting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, concreters, and other trades on site.
• Operating Tools and Equipment
  Using hand tools and power tools, breaking down old structures safely, and removing waste.
• Safety Compliance
  Wearing required PPE, following WHS protocols, and reporting hazards promptly.
• Cleaning and Maintenance
  Keeping the site tidy and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Physical Labour
  Lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• White Card - REQUIRED
• Current driver's licence and own transport - REQUIRED
• Ability to lift heavy loads
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions under frequent supervision
