Customer Solutions Representative

Role summary:

Seeking Customer Service candidates for a leading global technology company's BPO based in Brisbane QLD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries and service requests.
  • Meeting settlement deadlines.
  • Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
  • Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Document examination with an eye for detail.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer's Human Resources, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies and processes.
  • Supports solution development team to ensure that the solution reflects the business requirements and needs.
  • Manage priorities with the ability to influence people, manage change and develop business solutions
  • Key Relationships - work closely with other peer CSR's to achieve seamless delivery for assigned client; and work with other parts of BPO, as required


Skills & Experience Preferred

  • Experience within the banking/financial services sector preferred
  • A proven track record either working in Data Entry, Settlements or as Documentation Officer (or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity.
