Are you an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch Operator to join a busy and supportive team based in Archerfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering stable Monday to Friday hours and competitive pay.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, invoiced, and dispatched within required timeframes. Attention to detail and strong system skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Processing invoices and preparing consignments

• Creating freight consignments through online freight portals

• Using ERP systems (Navision, Netsuite or similar)

• Managing Outlook communications and using Excel for data handling

• Communicating internally regarding order completion, discrepancies, and any issues

• Ensuring all orders are dispatched within set timeframes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be physically fit, motivated, and resilient

• Have previous pick packing and dispatch experience

• Be confident using ERP systems, Outlook, and Excel

• Possess strong numerical ability and clear communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Have reliable, independent transport to and from work

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management skills

Please note: Numerical and communication skills will be assessed during the recruitment process.
