Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing for our client. This is your chance to join a collaborative, values-driven team and grow your career in a highly respected organization.
Location: Murarrie
Pay: $38 per hour.
Shift: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders
- Accurately enter customer orders with attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support key department activities, initiatives, and projects
- Organize and process email orders in coordination with the Customer Service Team Leader
- Uphold the company's values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction
