Primary responsibilities:
This is a contract opportunity with potential extension.
- Support the Digital Marketing team in evaluating and establishing the APAC digital marketing strategy, assembling and analysing past performance and forecasts, planning and organizing presentations, and updating marketing calendars;
- Coordinate agencies and vendors to help the team achieve short- and long-term business goals;
- Prepare campaign activity and budget pacing reports;
- Build and maintain a directory of budget-related documents, including an invoice checking system;
- Plan and manage digital marketing and stakeholder meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, developing schedules and agendas, and coordinating stakeholders;
- Support campaign set up;
- Identify opportunities for program (and personal) growth, forming an execution plan, and bringing stakeholders on the journey.
About You:
- Substantial past experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing
- Substantial experience working with budgets and forecasting
- Firm grasp of emerging digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics
- Excellent written, communication, and inter-personal skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-starter with a thirst for growing and doing stretch projects
