Labourer / Sorter

Location: Pemulwuy, NSW
Shift: Early Morning - 5:00am to 9:00am

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and physically fit Labourers / Sorters to join our clients' early morning operations team at our Pemulwuy facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for consistent early morning hours in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and freight according to delivery routes and destinations
• Loading and unloading packages from conveyors, pallets, and vehicles
• Manual handling of parcels of varying sizes and weights
• Ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight handling is highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift parcels safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start work at 5:00am
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions

Requirements

• Ability to commit to early morning shifts (5am-9am)
• Willingness to work on a roster Mon - Sun
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Must have the right to work in Australia
• Safety awareness and willingness to follow company procedures
