Job description

About the IELTS Product:
IELTS is the world's most popular English language test that helps people to achieve their study, work and migration aspirations. The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to assess the language ability of people who want to study or work where English is the language of communication.
It covers four language skills - listening, reading, writing and speaking.

About the role:
- Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role which acts as a support to the International Product management team in the end-to-end development, iterations, feature enhancements of their products to achieve best in class and product growth.
- You will actively participate in discussions around product iterations on current and future products and be a representative for all voice of customer feedback with a clear vision of the product value proposition.
- Due to the global nature of this role and the location of the software development team, working hours will be outside of the norm with later starts (10am - 8pm Monday to Thursday ) and half days on Friday.
- Manage product research and prototype library, and assist with product improvements
- Work with various stakeholders including internal departments to ensure deadlines and launches are met
- Assist with product testing and compliance of all products while ensuring the product remains customer centric
- Assist with competitor analysis and act as a voice of the customer when validating feedback from groups
- Work with the project development team to develop product features, technical marketing and supporting manuals.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years work experience with 2-3 years in product management, product development, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Relevant degree in either marketing, IT, computer science or business
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of product development cycle
- Experience developing and presenting product information for core audience
- Be prepared to work evenings on a regular basis (work schedule will be adjusted to reflect actual working hours)
Desirable Requirements
- Preferably with some background in product or software development from the Higher education| Edtech or similar industry sector
- Attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- An all-rounder who enjoys working on different aspects of the product development life-cycle, end-to-end
- Someone with enthusiasm and who is a great team player
