About the Opportunities
These roles play a critical part in shaping Australia's long-term industrial, Infrastructure and defence capability, including once-in-a-generation energy and infrastructure programs. Positions range from hands-on engineering through to senior advisory and leadership roles, working in partnership with government, industry, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):

• Provide safety, risk, and engineering expertise across large-scale projects
• Support design, construction, and operation of major facilities and assets
• Prepare and review safety cases, hazard analyses, and compliance documentation
• Drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and uplift capability within technical and operational teams

What We're Looking For:

• Degree-qualified engineers or equivalent technical discipline
• Experience in one or more of the following: Defence, shipbuilding, construction, heavy manufacturing, utilities, energy, or security infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and high performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance (where required)
