Step into a hands-on maintenance position within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where you'll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

There is Day or Night Shift Available

Day Shift - $55/hr - 6am-2pm

Night Shift - $63/hr - 2pm-10pm

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance to prevent unexpected equipment failures
• Swiftly responding to mechanical issues and diagnosing faults
• Replacing and repairing components across various machinery including conveyors, pumps, fillers, and packaging systems
• Assisting with equipment setups and production line adjustments, including changeovers
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements
• Documenting maintenance activities and managing spare parts usage
• Participating in safety checks and contributing to ongoing process enhancements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a food manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and reliability
