Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the manufacturing industry. They pride themselves on innovation, high-quality products, and a commitment to excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foundry Operations Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled and motivated Foundry Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundry. This individual will be responsible for managing and leading a team, handling quoting and costing, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quoting/Costing: Prepare accurate quotes and cost estimates for projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Ordering: Efficiently manage the procurement of consumables and subcontract services to support production.

- Customer and Supplier Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.

- Team Management: Lead and guide a small team of employees, providing mentorship and support to achieve operational objectives.

- Other Duties: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required by management and other department personnel.

Essential:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience in Foundry / Manufacturing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.



Additional Information:

Basic knowledge of HR/Award and a Forklift License are beneficial but not mandatory for this position.
