Front Desk Associate
Location: Sydney CBD
Work arrangement: On-site
Client: is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to support day‑to‑day office operations and deliver a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer service, and being the go‑to person in a fast‑paced office environment.
About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and candidates entering the office. You'll play a key role in maintaining a professional, safe, and organised workplace while supporting office events, vendors, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals
- Manage guest registration and building security systems
- Coordinate with building management and security vendors
- Assist with office events and catering
- Manage mail, deliveries, and outgoing shipments
- Order and audit office supplies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with office vendors
