High Reach Forklift Operator - Eight Mile Plains

A skilled and safety‑focused High Reach Forklift Operator is required to support warehouse operations in Eight Mile Plains on a short‑term contract. This role involves operating high reach forklifts, managing stock movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support daily warehouse operations during a busy period.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $34 per hour
• Location: Eight Mile Plains
• Contract: 4 weeks, 16th of February - 13th of March
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Operate high reach forklifts to move, store, and retrieve stock
• Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory data
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, and correct labelling
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Role Requirements:

• Current forklift licence
• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Physically fit for manual handling and lifting
• Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented approach
• MUST BE FULLY AVAILABLE
