Job description

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Imaging Assistant to join our team at our Campbelltown facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has strong computer skills. You'll play a key role in preparing, scanning, and processing physical documents into digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and load paper documents into Kodak scanners
  • Digitally process scanned images, including verification, rotation, cropping, and quality control
  • Ensure all scanned files meet accuracy and formatting standards before final submission
  • Maintain organised work flow and document handling procedures
  • Follow strict data confidentiality and security protocols

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including confidence with scanning software and image file management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one before starting

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $38.67
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
