Our client is a global cloud-based customer relationship management platform, which provides customer service, marketing automation, analytic, and application development focused enterprise applications.

An exciting new 5-month contract has become available, as the company goes through some significant hiring growth. You will be a key member in ensuring the smooth operation of the hiring and on-boarding of new staff. In this role you will be working alongside the internal recruitment team and being in contact with all levels of the organisation as well as external applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling both internal and external phone, on-site and presentation interviews

  • Manage the logistics of the process including travel arrangements and expense re-reimbursement.

  • Keep tracking systems up to date

  • Support global executive recruiting team on additional projects.

About You:

  • Highly motivated

  • Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Experience dealing with high volume workloads

  • High attention to detail.

  • Experience working with multiple tracking systems

  • Experience in Coordination roles.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Tertiary qualifications preferable
