We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join our clients team! This is a casual position due to Maternity cover with duties rotating among team members across four days per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

THE IMPORTANT BITS -

• Monday - Friday, rotating 4 days per week.
• 09:00AM - 17:00PM
• $40PH, Plus Super, Weekly Pay.

THE ROLE -

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide pricing and product availability information.
• Check and update order status.
• Organise freight and delivery requirements.
• Process invoices and maintain records.

THE PERSON -

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable, organised, and detail-focused.
• Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is highly regarded.
• MUST be able to start immediately.
