LF/LO Operator - Horsley Park

$38 per hour | Day Shift

We are seeking a reliable and experienced LF/LO Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Horsley Park. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse and forklift tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This includes receiving stock, operating LF and LO forklifts, RF scanning, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and assess inbound goods for quality and accuracy
• Put away stock into allocated warehouse locations
• Process customer returns including verification and documentation
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
• Label outbound orders correctly (pick slips, shipping labels, etc.)
• Operate LF and LO forklifts to move stock safely
• Perform container unloading when required
• Use warehouse systems, Excel, and basic computer tools
• Ensure forklifts, scanners, and equipment are maintained and in good working order
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Current LF and LO forklift licences
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
• RF scanning and stock-handling experience
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Excel, Word) and WMS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
