Our client is a social media platform who offers a unique opportunity for businesses to tap into its vast and diverse user base for marketing and advertising purposes. Responsibilities

  • Act as the key strategic partner to our Sales team and respond to their queries
  • Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business.
  • Identify, scope, and drive regional revenue-growth projects and drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs and gather requirements which will be used to optimise systems and processes that drive growth.
  • Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Product Managers, and Sales teams to identify opportunities for internal systems improvement, ensuring that new features meet all business needs.
  • Enhance sales support systems and provide support for regional requirements management and roll out.
  • Provide contract advice, troubleshooting, and documentation training to Sales teams.
  • On board and operate custom contracts.
  • Develop and optimise processes and policies as the team scales.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or other related fields.
  • Highly driven, very attentive, and have a passion for learning.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Team player with the ability to manage expectations across time zones and cultures.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Have a passion for social media.
