Join a leading food production and manufacturing warehouse specialising in hummus and dips! We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mixing Operator to join our team in Heidelberg West. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Position Details

• Location: Heidelberg West

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

• Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour + super

• Type: Temp to Perm opportunity

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment according to production specifications

• Accurately measure and combine ingredients

• Monitor product consistency and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

• Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to follow instructions and work under regular supervision

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
