We are seeking reliable and professional MR Drivers to join a growing team at a secure document handling facility based in Rydalmere. This is a full-time opportunity involving regular customer site visits across the Sydney metro area. You'll be operating compactor or pantech trucks and performing secure bin changeovers with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate both manual and automatic MR trucks
• Attend scheduled client locations to replace secure document bins
• Conduct pre-departure vehicle checks and complete driver reports
• Use hand held devices and follow run sheets accurately
• Represent the company professionally at all client sites
• Navigate CBD areas and locate parking with patience and care
• Maintain safe manual handling practices and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid MR truck licence (manual and auto)
• Printed copy of current driving history (required)
• National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
• Confidence driving in CBD/urban areas
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit - some lifting required
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $35.49 + Super
• Standard Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:06 PM
• Overtime: Regular opportunities for overtime available
