Answering phone calls and reponding to online and phone enquiries
Processing orders and credit notes
General data entry
Checking bank statements to accounts receivables
Track and file all payments made
Order stationary and office consumables as required
Participate at stocktake when required
Preferably experience in administration or customer service in the automotive industry
Ability to quick learning and information retention on various computer programs and online platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong system understanding with advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Time management and coordination skills
Experience with or knowledge of SAP highly desirable
