We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pick Packer (Loan Set Representative) to join a fast-paced medical logistics environment. This role involves the preparation, packing, and coordination of surgical loan kits to support operating theatres across various healthcare facilities.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the healthcare industry, especially in operations and logistics. Full training is provided - what matters most is your reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for scheduled surgeries
• Monitor and manage the return and replenishment of loan sets
• Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate daily logistics requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock cycle counts
• Ensure all documentation is complete and invoices are prepared on time
• Build strong professional relationships with hospital staff and theatre teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Great attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Interest in healthcare logistics or warehouse operations
• Previous experience with inventory systems (highly regarded but not essential)
• Commitment to a minimum 3 -months term, with potential for long-term growth

Requirements:

• Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)
• Must provide a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Must provide two recent professional references
