    1. Manage the end-to-end administration of the annual returns program and year-round donation disclosures.
    2. Ensure that the VEC's online disclosure system is up to date and accurate, including the list of Nominated Entities, political disclosures, and annual returns. Manage business continuity for VEC Disclosures during times of planned and unplanned disruptions.
    3. Oversee the administration, development and maintenance activities and programs for the VEC's online disclosure system and make a meaningful contribution towards the preparation and prioritisation of business requirements.
    4. Establish and maintain stakeholder directories and registers on behalf of the Funding, Disclosure and Parties team. Provide guidance and support to internal users to ensure stakeholder interactions are correctly captured.
    5. Monitor compliance with disclosure laws, including both ad hoc and routine assurance processes, and manage identified non-compliance in accordance with the VEC's constructive compliance approach. Ensure the timely referral of complex, sensitive or serious non-compliance issues.
    6. Lead the establishment, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of frameworks, policies, and procedures relevant to the administration of political disclosure laws, including a suite of high-quality templates and forms to support procedures and communication with stakeholders.
    7. Provide accurate and timely advice, information and support to stakeholders in relation to political donation disclosure laws and annual returns obligations.
    8. Collaborate across the Funding, Disclosure and Parties team and work closely with the Senior Communication Advisor to ensure that the VEC's communication and information collateral is properly maintained, to assist stakeholders to understand disclosure laws and the VEC's processes.
    9. Identify, analyse, report on and respond to emerging issues and trends, and contemporary practices, and make recommendations to inform the operational and strategic direction of the Funding, Disclosure and Parties team.
    10. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to business processes, driving operational change for the long-term benefit of the Funding, Disclosure and Parties team.
    11. Assist and inform the development and delivery of operational and strategic plans, quality assurance and reporting requirements
    12. Provide leadership, supervision and support to direct and indirect reports in the performance of their daily activities including the management of workloads; setting priorities and goals for the team in line with corporate objectives; the identification of learning and development needs; conducting regular meetings and developing individual performance plans for team members.
    13. Manage and appraise the performance of staff and provide counsel and feedback to ensure organisational and personal development objectives are achieved.
    14. Maintain a safe working environment for employees without risk which includes providing information, instruction and supervision to employees to enable them to work safely, monitoring the performance of the VEC and Branch Health & Safety objectives, and implementing appropriate actions to ensure the objectives are achieved.
    15. Represent the EIR Branch, lead projects and contribute to project working groups, as required. Actively support and promote the objectives of the EIR Branch and demonstrate the VEC's Values.
    16. Be familiar with and adhere to the VEC code of conduct, VEC policies, guidelines and procedures, and risk assessment protocols.
    17. Other duties as requested.
