- Lead workshops and ensure buy-in from development and testing teams on architectural solutions.
- Act as a leader, mentor, and coach to architects and testing professionals, supporting career growth and capability uplift.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the architecture function and represent the organisation at industry forums.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in solution and enterprise architecture with exposure to cloud-native and future-ready technologies.
- Expertise in testing strategies, automation frameworks, performance testing, and lifecycle management.

- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with collaboration and test management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience across multiple architecture domains, with frameworks such as TOGAF highly regarded.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to influence both business and technical stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact by leading the Testing domain through a significant modernisation program. The role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and help shape enterprise-wide outcomes.
Apply today to take ownership of a strategic Testing domain and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise technology delivery.
