Manpower Australia is looking for an experienced Product Manager in Melbourne, Victoria.

Our client is Australia's leading retailer who own and operate stores in most sectors across Australia and New Zealand. Publicly listed on ASX, NYSE, LSE & NZX and has been rated one of the best places to work. You will be working within the Financial Services team responsible for digital wallets and alternate payment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager focused on Digital wallets you will be reporting to the Senior Product Manager and

  • Own the product roadmap for the digital wallets and payment solutions.

  • Gather requirements from market research and competitive analysis for card schemes.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of the Product roadmap and manage a team of Product Owners.

  • Engage with external stakeholders including SaaS delivery partners and vendors to negotiate commercial viability of partnerships.

  • Communicate brand value through effective brand partnership management and stakeholder engagement.

We're looking for someone who has

  • 6+ years of experience working as a product manager in Digital Payments.

  • Experience with payment-related products and technical products or platforms.

  • Strong leadership abilities and an ability to balance collaboration with necessary decisiveness.

  • Process mapping capabilities with an ability to identify underperforming areas and implement improvements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges.

  • Excellent people management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
