We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to play a key role in delivering "Horizon One" and "Horizon Two" of this multi-year platform program. This will involve several major releases through to the end of 2026. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage projects to deliver digital solutions that meet business requirements on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Partner with technology leaders to align business and technical delivery activities, ensuring a clear view of the critical path
• Support Product Owners in defining and managing scope, ensuring business outcomes and benefits are clearly articulated
• Oversee financials, including estimates, cost control, and vendor/partner governance
• Identify, monitor and escalate program risks and issues, influencing stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Build strong relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders, keeping them engaged and aligned to outcomes
• Ensure compliance with enterprise methodologies and governance processes

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Program or Senior Project Manager in large, complex transformation programs
• Strong track record of managing scope, budgets, governance and delivery within financial services or similar complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels
• Ability to manage risks proactively, provide clear reporting, and maintain accountability for delivery outcomes
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery methodologies (such as Transformation Delivery Standards or similar frameworks)
