Program Manager - Delivery and Execution Projects

The Role

We are hiring a creative individual who will be responsible for delivery and execution of enablement activities, including but not limited to virtual and live events, webinars, podcasts releases, educational videos. You will work as part of a team in a rapidly changing business environment. You will need to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the targeted delivery of enablement material, driving the relevant knowledge consumption for key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

As a part for the team, you will:

  • Align to CX and Sales segments and build strong partnership with Segment Leads as well as engage with multiple functional teams to meet training timelines and deliverables

  • Your responsibility will be to closely collate, maintain and track an enablement roadmap and calendar of events aligned to the CX initiatives, Segment Leads and our stakeholders' priorities

  • You will be accountable for the shared communication plan, which entails:

    • developing a plan with input from the Segment Leads,

    • developing the required communications or messaging to support the communications plan,

    • maintaining and tracking the communications plan and following up with the Segment Leads to ensure execution,

    • creating communications campaigns to drive ongoing interest and adoption,

    • developing and managing all team email and newsletter templates and releases

  • You will lead and execute on all event logistics for digital, virtual and enablement activities


Skills/Experience

  • Excellent command of Business English, you are a born communicator, owning and feeding your newsletter, blog posts with crisp messaging adapted to your target audiences;

  • Strong business analysis skills, data processing, EXCEL advanced, translating raw data into meaningful messaging for your stakeholders;

  • You love planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail and meeting deadlines is a given;

  • You have a creative flair and deliver an amazing learning experience for your target audience;
  • Goal oriented with desire to meet high customer satisfaction scores for all enablement events and activities;

  • Excellent time management with attention to detail, using right terminology internally and externally;

  • Maintain relationships with cross functional and global teams whilst managing stakeholders' expectations;

  • Ability to deal with complex problems, identify workarounds and make solid recommendations;

  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Ability to gain consensus and drive projects forward
