Location: Docklands, VIC
Work Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday ongoing work
Salary: Approx. $36/hour + Super

About the Role
As a Property Specialist, you'll oversee property maintenance and improvement projects across a national portfolio. You'll be the key link between tenants, tradespeople, internal teams, and external stakeholders-ensuring housing is not only compliant and functional, but also respectful of the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections

Manage contractor visits, safety compliance, and property records

Maintain strong relationships with strata, contractors, and stakeholders

Track budgets, process POs, and manage Capex reporting

Ensure documentation and communication is timely and accurate

Support projects from initiation to completion, especially during new tenancies

Travel interstate when required
What We're Looking For
-
Experience in property or maintenance management (essential)

Background in disability services, social housing, or compliance (desirable)

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

White Card required; NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
