Location: Docklands, VIC
Work Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday ongoing work
Salary: Approx. $36/hour + Super

About the Role


As a Property Specialist, you'll oversee property maintenance and improvement projects across a national portfolio. You'll be the key link between tenants, tradespeople, internal teams, and external stakeholders-ensuring housing is not only compliant and functional, but also respectful of the unique needs of each resident.




Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections




  • Manage contractor visits, safety compliance, and property records




  • Maintain strong relationships with strata, contractors, and stakeholders




  • Track budgets, process POs, and manage Capex reporting




  • Ensure documentation and communication is timely and accurate




  • Support projects from initiation to completion, especially during new tenancies




  • Travel interstate when required






What We're Looking For




  • Experience in property or maintenance management (essential)




  • Background in disability services, social housing, or compliance (desirable)




  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus




  • White Card required; NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
